Groundbreaking Ceremony for Township 9 Investment in Sacramento

Terrific milestone this week for our partner 29th Street Capital and the Township 9 residential project in Sacramento’s emerging River District!
 

Our partners held our official groundbreaking ceremony to kick-off the construction of the first phase of Township 9! The first phase of Township 9 will be developed with Bridge Investment Group and will initially consist of 372 units. We are so excited to get to work on a project that will have an extraordinary impact on the city of Sacramento!

RevOZ Capital was proud to invest into the project via our Opportunity Zone strategy, and excited to move one step closer towards bringing new jobs, housing, and economic development to this promising community.
