RevOZ remains active in the Opportunity Zone marketplace with thirteen total properties in our portfolio. Our footprint now covers eight different states!

Recently, RevOZ closed on Opportunity Zone investments in Huntsville, AL (Arcadia MXD), Oakland, CA (Oakland Waterfront), Bound Brook, NJ (Rail at Bound Brook), and Colorado Springs, CO (The Hunter). The total capitalization of the four projects is approximately $400M. RevOZ anticipates the development and operations of these projects will generate social impact by substantial new jobs and increased economic activity.
